FCT (Formación en Centros de Trabajo) is the classic final placement model in Spanish vocational education. With the enactment of RD 659/2023, the new FFE model (Formación en Empresa) has been introduced, where the company becomes a co-responsible training partner. Management is still mostly done with paper, Word, and Excel, causing inefficiencies, errors, and delays. MiFCT digitizes the entire process for both FCT and FFE.

FCT is the classic final placement model — a module completed at the end of the training cycle with no employment relationship. FFE (Formación en Empresa), introduced by RD 659/2023, is a new model where company-based training is structurally integrated throughout the cycle, can represent 25% to 50% of total hours, and may include an employment contract and Social Security registration in the intensive modality. MiFCT supports both models.

MiFCT is an institutional platform that runs the full FCT/FFE/Dual VET lifecycle as an auditable process: region-specific agreements and annexes, traceable activity and incidents, competency evaluation, and analytics for leadership and inspection. It connects schools, companies, and public administration with role-based access.

MiFCT records key workflow events (agreement statuses, assignments, tracking, incidents, evaluation, and documentation) with role-based controls. This helps justify the status of each placement, generate reports, and support internal reviews or audits.

Yes. MiFCT supports all 17 autonomous communities and the 2 autonomous cities (Ceuta and Melilla). Documents and workflows automatically adapt to each region's specific regulations.

MiFCT supports 14 program types and modalities: FCT, FFE (RD 659/2023), General and Intensive Dual VET, University Placements (curricular and extracurricular), Erasmus+ (KA1, HE, KA2), Bilateral international programs, Professional Certificates, Youth Guarantee, Regional Insertion, and Public Administration.

Absolutely. MiFCT complies with GDPR/LOPDGDD, uses cutting-edge authentication technology, access control with 25 roles and module-specific permissions, complete action auditing, and special protection for minor data.

MiFCT implements enhanced protection for minor data under LOPDGDD: verified parental consent for minors under 14, role-restricted access, additional encryption, and specific retention policies.

MiFCT offers plans from free to Enterprise. Schools start from 59 euros per month, companies from 39 euros per month, and government from 199 euros per month. There's a 17% discount on annual plans. See the pricing page for full details.

Yes. Both schools and companies have a permanent free plan with basic functionality. No credit card required to get started.

MiFCT automatically generates Annexes I, II, III, and up to VII in PDF, adapted to each autonomous community's official format. Documents are pre-filled with platform data and ready for digital signing.

The matching algorithm connects students with companies considering: professional field, geographic location, student preferences, company availability, and previous ratings. Coordinators can manually adjust assignments.

Companies can create placement offers specifying professional field, location, number of positions, schedule, and requirements. Offers are visible to schools in the area.

The institutional license allows an autonomous community to contract MiFCT for all its public schools with a single agreement. It simplifies management, reduces costs, and ensures homogeneous implementation across the region.

Yes. MiFCT provides integration capabilities compatible with common academic management systems, ERPs, and HR platforms. Professional plans and above include API access.

The web application is responsive and works on any device. Native apps for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux are in development and will be available soon.
