Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan lets you validate the workflow with limits (students/roles) and essential functionality. No credit card required.
What happens if I exceed the free plan limits?
You'll receive a notification and a grace period to decide whether to upgrade. We don’t cut access immediately.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. No lock-in or penalties.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes, annual payment comes with a 17% discount, equivalent to approximately 2 months free.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period.
What is the institutional license?
The institutional license allows an autonomous community to cover all its public schools with a single contract, simplifying management and reducing costs.
Can we purchase via invoice and bank transfer?
Yes. For Enterprise and institutional plans we support professional procurement (invoice and bank transfer). For public administration we adapt the proposal to your procurement requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards for self-serve plans and bank transfers for Enterprise and institutional plans. Invoices are issued in all cases.
