1. Purpose
These terms govern the access and use of the MiFCT platform, a SaaS service for the digital management of Workplace Training (FCT), FFE, and Dual VET in the Spanish education system.

2. Registration and accounts
Access to the service requires creating an account. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out with their account.
3. Plans and billing
MiFCT offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
The user commits to using the platform exclusively for managing workplace training placements (FCT, FFE, Dual VET, Erasmus+, professional certificates). Use of the service for illegal activities, unauthorized access to other users' data, and malware distribution is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
MiFCT and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. Data entered by the user remains the user's property. MiFCT has a limited license to use data for service delivery.
6. Service availability
MiFCT commits to maintaining 99.9% availability for Enterprise plans. For other plans, we make our best effort to ensure continuous service availability.
7. Limitation of liability
MiFCT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
8. Termination and data export
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, the user may export their data (agreements, evaluations, documents, tracking records) for 90 days following termination in standard formats.
